About Ella Plena

Ella Plena was born at home.

I created this project after 15 years of walking closely alongside the changes, challenges and fresh starts of the woman I love. I saw sleepless nights, days when nothing made sense, appointments without answers and a guilt that was never hers to carry. I also saw the other side: maturity, the courage to rethink choices and the wish to live fully.

I am not a doctor. Ella Plena is an editorial project built on information and listening, made with respect.

Ella, the figure in our brand, is a character. She represents every woman going through this stage and choosing to live fully.
